Absolutely. You don’t need a diagnosis to struggle with food—and you definitely don’t need one to deserve support.Whether you’re dealing with binge-restrict cycles, orthorexia, over-exercising, or just a generally complicated relationship with food—this course will help.
How long do I have access?
You have lifetime access to the course materials but the community and replays of group coaching calls will only be open for the 12 weeks.

Once you have paid, there is a health questionnaire form to complete as part of the pre-course work.

How does enrollment work?
A week before the course starts, you will be sent your log-in information and there will be videos to work through so that we can discuss these at our first group-coaching call.
Each course will only take a maximum of 8 people.
Who is this course Not for?
If you are currently losing weight or are having intensive treatment right now then this course is not for you. If your BMI is below 15 then 1-1 support will be better for you right now.
If you have other complex health issues then these may be better supported in 1-1 sessions but contact Priya first.
