You are most welcome here! I love supporting those who are carers and helpers too. It is amazing that you are doing that and this course will help you have the basic grounding around what to put in a meal plan.

  • I don't have an eating disorder diagnosis, is this for me still?

Absolutely. You don’t need a diagnosis to struggle with food and you definitely don’t need one to deserve support.Whether you’re dealing with binge-restrict cycles, orthorexia, over-exercising, or just a generally complicated relationship with food, this course will help.

  • How long do I have access?

You have lifetime access but I'd really recommend you complete this in a few weeks.

  • Will I get access to Priya?

The Self-Study course doesn't include 1-1 sessions, but there is the option to upgrade and add 1 of those in at a discount price

  • Who is this course Not for?

If you are currently losing weight or are having intensive treatment right now then this course is not for you. If your BMI is below 15 then 1-1 support will be better for you right now.

If you have other complex health issues then these may be better supported in 1-1 sessions but contact Priya first.
